Logistics Assistant needed
Singapore MNC Company is expanding and required logistic assistant
Job Responsibilities: - Provide support to internal customers on logistics enquiries - Handle and process import/export shipping documents - Co-ordinate shipments, delivery schedule and other logistics related workflow - Handle insurance claims and reject shipments - Prepare weekly shipment report - Verify freight invoices - Generate Good Receive Note (GRN) - Manage daily activities for internal and third party warehouse - Responsible for inventory management and accountable for raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods - Ensure sufficient supply of raw materials for production and QA inspection usage - Update timely of import and purchase receivable transactions in SAP system - Co-ordinate import clearance - Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirement: - Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent and above - Minimum 3 years of Logistics / Supply Chain working experience in manufacturing environment - Good knowledge in Letter of Credits , Bank Contract and shipping incoterm is a must - Well versed in Microsoft Office software and SAP ( SD and MM Module ) - Good import/export documentation and shipping knowledge - Good interpersonal and communication skills
