Financial Accountant needed

Contract from Feb 2018 to Aug 2018

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounting duties, including Accounts Payable, Account Receivables and General Ledger functions

• Cash management including cashflow planning, bank reconciliation and petty cash

• Prepare and submission of export LC and bank contract

• Support month end closing activities

• Ensure all monthly processes and requirement are completed in an accurate and timely manner

• Prepare balance sheet schedule including fixed assets register and balance sheet reconciliation

• Produce all regulatory reporting including GST and withholding tax to ensure accurate and timely submission

• Support and follow through process improvement initiative to improve efficiencies including implementation of new project

• Assist Finance Manager to roll out new procedures and policies and ensure compliance are in place for internal and statutory requirements

• Support the internal/ external regulatory audit & tax requirements

• Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

Job Specification:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing industry

• Must have hands-on experience on SAP R/3

• Meticulous and possess good software skills such as MS Word and Excel

• Meticulous, sharp, positive, pro-active, detailed oriented and able to perform multi-tasking

• Good team player

• Fluent in both English and Chinese

• Office Hour : 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

• Office Shutter Bus provided at Tampines, Bedok, Tanah Merah and SengKang

• Must be able to complete contract
