Technical Support Specialist ( Help Desk ) - Permanent Part time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve the problem

  • Regular update for follow up action and problem status

  • Redirect problems to appropriate resources and escalate situations if required

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email

  • Able to work shifts and during weekends / public holidays.

Minimum Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ level / ITE/ NiTEC.

  • Have experience in IT/Telecom call service support

  • Good technical background (preferably in IT/Telecoms).

  • Good analytical and communications skills.

  • Only Singaporean and Singapore PR may apply

Office near Central East. Nearest MRT station : Paya Lebar
