Technical Support Specialist ( Help Desk ) - Permanent Part time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve the problem
Regular update for follow up action and problem status
Redirect problems to appropriate resources and escalate situations if required
Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email
Able to work shifts and during weekends / public holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ level / ITE/ NiTEC.
Have experience in IT/Telecom call service support
Good technical background (preferably in IT/Telecoms).
Good analytical and communications skills.
